“i forgive you,”
“i forgive you,” Such an easy phrase to say. Three simple words that could change everything. If only it would be that easy to believe in. If only it would be that simple to act upon. Unless you truly 100 percent believe it, down to the core of your heart, you don’t truly forgive. You must feel it, in your bones, running through your veins; or else, what’s the point? There is no point in simply saying those three words. No point in lying to yourself, although that lie may not be clear at first, for so many things could be clouding it. It is when you’re lying in bed in the middle of the night and sleep is alluding you and those memories and thoughts come running to the front of your head like they’re Olympic racers going for the gold that the realization hits: for you, they’re still just those three easy, simple words. -cristal guzman 32013
